REA's core team is highly skilled in all project areas including project management, design, and analysis.

This diverse set of skills guarantees each project obtains assistance with:

  • grant-writing
  • fidelity to implementation timelines
  • federal reporting
  • high-quality research design
  • high-quality analysis.

REA often forms regularly occurring workgroups to ensure communication between program staff and evaluation staff is ongoing and that barriers or challenges to implementation are identified and addressed immediately.

Evaluation results are shared with program staff through up-to-date data dashboards to readily address low-performing populations, identify ineffective program components, and maximize effective program components.

The core professional team benefits from their collaboration with other "Associates" from the community.

They contribute advanced statistical analysis, hardware and software assistance, and research design consultation when needed.

The REA team expands and contracts as required by the complexity of the projects with which we engage.
