Outcome Evaluation

REA outlines clear outcome measures for the population or program of focus.  Our expertise in quantitative data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling outlines the impact of your work on these outcomes.

Process Evaluation

REA conducts Implementation Workgroup meetings, offering an opportunity to detail and document progress towards program goals, program successes, and program challenges to provide a detailed view of the implementation process. Use of qualitative data analysis helps to integrate population of focus or staff feedback to provide unique perspectives on the data.

Continuous Quality Improvement
